Questions and answers
Do my users need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser on desktop, mobile and VR headsets. People open your address and go.
How does it work with VR?
No app store, downloads or sideloading needed: your platform runs in the web browser that is already built into headsets like Meta Quest. Put on the headset, open its browser and go to your platform's address, open the viewer and log in, then press the VR icon in the control bar. The headset takes over and you are standing inside your world.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add one DNS record at your domain provider and enter the domain in your dashboard. It connects automatically as soon as the record is live, and we take care of the certificate.
Can I put the platform inside my existing website?
Yes. Your dashboard gives you copy-and-paste snippets for the viewer, the store or the whole site, and you decide which websites may embed it.
What happens when the storage is full?
Your users see a friendly message when they try to upload more. You get a warning in your dashboard well before that and can move to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Billing tab. Your platform stays online until the end of the paid period.
Can I earn money with my platform?
Yes. Your platform can sell Pro memberships (a monthly subscription you price yourself) and coin packs that your users spend on event tickets and marketplace items. Payments are processed by InHouseXR, so you never handle card details or payouts: you keep 70% of your platform's sales, we keep the rest as our processing and hosting share, and creators on your platform are paid out by us. Your earnings and balance are shown on your dashboard, and we settle them with you directly.
